Matching Coordinator at Lernia in Örebro!

Lernia is one of Sweden's leading companies in skills development and workforce supply. We are present throughout the country and offer services in adult education, staffing, recruitment, and transition. We have attractive career paths and are constantly developing new, exciting services. With us, you contribute to more people getting jobs and employers strengthening their competitiveness. We help people, companies, and organizations develop and grow – together we shape the future!

We are now looking for you who are a student or want to work part-time as a matching coordinator/mentor for our team! Is that you?

What will your tasks be?

Rusta och Matcha is a matching service and part of the ongoing reform of the Employment Service. With us, you will be an important part of coaching and matching adults into work or helping them find their way to employment through studies. We create conditions for job seekers to enter the labor market and thus contribute to society.

In the role of Matching Coordinator with us, you will meet both participants and companies, and your task will be to build bridges to bring them together. Business contacts are an important part of the matching process to get participants into work, which means we are looking for someone who has or wants to develop a broad network, and has a great ability to create and maintain business and customer contacts.

Our participants demand both qualitative and effective guidance that leads to employment. You will work with participants both individually and in groups through individual conversations, group activities, and company visits. The work also involves administration related to the assignment as well as planning and participating in marketing activities to strengthen Lernia's brand in the area. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues from other parts of Lernia in both education and staffing to find the best path for each participant.

The position is a part-time employment where you will be based in Örebro, but needs may arise in nearby locations such as Karlskoga, Västerås, Köping, and Arboga.

Who are we looking for?

We place great importance on your personal qualities, where the right attitude is crucial. You are business-driven and work on your own initiative towards set goals. It is important that you see opportunities, have good pedagogical skills, and enjoy a varied workday.

You also have the ability and desire to develop people and apply different pedagogical methods. The position requires that you have a strong commitment and interest in people in transition, where you see each individual's unique circumstances.

Since the role involves active dialogue with participants, colleagues, managers, and clients, it is important that you are communicative and good at building good relationships. You are really good at collaborating and see yourself as a team player who meets both participants' and clients' wishes.

To be considered for the position, you have:

  • At least 180 higher education credits (120 hp according to the previous system) in a relevant field and at least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
  • Alternatively, post-secondary education of at least 1 year and at least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in, for example, job coaching, recruitment, management with personnel responsibility, study and career guidance, or work with labor and labor market issues.

In addition to one of the above alternatives, we also see that you have:

  • Sales or recruitment background with a large business network
  • Driver's license B and access to your own car
  • Good system and computer skills
  • You communicate well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Additional language skills are considered an advantage

What do we offer?

In addition to a part-time employment, we offer competitive salaries and opportunities for further development. We actively work with workplace environment issues so that our employees continue to thrive and develop with us. You will have the opportunity to influence where you make a difference!
